Three-blade block-cutter for continuous feed of pallet nailing lines.
No. 3 independent cutting groups with Ø 450mm blades. Motors: 5.5 kW.
Cross-cutting capacity: 100x150mm
No. 3 pneumatic grippers fed by steel guides and brushless motors.
On its backwards stroke, the gripper detects the joist length in order to optimize the sizes to be cut.
No mechanical adjustments necessary. Sizes and speed are controlled directly by software, which
also checks the optimization of each cutting-group. Should timber have some defects,
the operator can mark the piece to be removed with fluorescent chalk.
Joists are loaded by lateral chains from one or both sides.
There is also an optional CT2 vacuum-head loader to make this line completely automatic.
