Product description

The Bondex series are high-frequency machines for bonding sandwich panels. Our technology efficiently heats up only the bonded layers. Therefore, it shortens the required heating time. Unlike external heating methods like electric or infrared heating, these machines heat up the material uniformly. Moreover, one unit produces more bonded panels, thus saving space.

Because the two outside panels and the inner wooden core of a sandwich panel do not receive the high-frequency heating directly, there are no press or heat marks on the surface. Moreover, this technology reduces the risk of future deformation of products. Production with Bondex is possible with less adhesive, thus the machines save cost.

Bondex can be arranged as part of a line production system. It is also suitable for both high-mix low-volume production and mass production. Yamamoto Vinita produces standard as well as customized machines based on the wishes of the clients.

This technology is used for the production of various kinds of furniture like doors, closets, built-in kitchens, shoe cabinets, or partitions.
