Product description

For the brazing of tungsten carbides and materials such as wolfram, molybdenum, tantalum, and chrome that are hard to wet, BrazeTec offers specially developed alloys and sandwich alloys.

The advantage of sandwich alloys is that they can compensate for internal stresses caused by the different thermal expansion coefficients during cooling. By that they enable an reliable joint between very different materials.
