Compact and sturdy oven. The matchboard follows a twisted path upwards so as to occupy a limited surface area and achieve the heated-atmosphere exposure time required for drying. The exposure time can vary according to a number of work parameters. These are: oven feed speed, type of impregnating agent, type of wood. The system permits a series of adjustments and settings that in any case allow perfect production both in terms of output and quality.
Operation is of the vertical store type with motorised chain system complete with lifting pushers with step-by-step operation so that when the matchboard reaches its position, the vertical chain system moves by one step, lifting the matchboard and leaving room for the next one.
Drying technology is forced-air generated by thermo-fans with water-air or air-air heat exchangers. The outer casing of the oven is of the heat-insulated bell type and heat controlled with vapour extraction hoods.
In order to impregnate both the beams and the matchboards, the pieces exiting from the impregnating unit must be deviated onto the unloading roller conveyor. This can be done in various ways studied according to the customer's production logistics.
