Product description

Pick & place and fitting-insertion automats are widely used in the automated furniture production. Hüttenhölscher Maschinenbau have designed and realised various kinds of system concepts - as an individual unit for milling and drilling or as an integrated working station cycle in a processing machine, production line or assembly line. Depending on their kind and the required performance, the fittings are separated either using bowl feeders, step feeders, buffer magazines, belts or drawers and are seperately allocated via pick & place units. All insertion operations are carried out pneumatically or by means of a servomotor and if necessary, completed with the use of screwing units - e.g. when placing expansion anchors.

Automats for the following fittings have been successfully tried and tested and are in use:
- base plates
- mounting brackets for wall units
- drawer slides
- soft-closing mechanism for drawers
- shelf supports
- work top connector
- plinth adapter
- locking bar systems
- fasteners for sink unit covers
- hinges
- adapters for various fronts
- fixture plates for bed systems
- and lots, lots more.....
