Hüttenhölscher Maschinenbau
The basis of many systems from the Hüttenhölscher company is a fully developed handling and transportation technology. Whether for simple or flexible loading of workspaces, machines or assembly lines, or for a quick parts flow in the lines or superordinated throughout the entire plant, various concepts are in use depending on the product requirements. Several have already been implemented at Hüttenhölscher Maschinenbau, from roller conveyors and cross trolleys for disk packs to the transportation, angle transfer systems and portals for work tops, right up to transport belts, webbing and handling techniques for sensitive furniture fronts.A few examples for reference:Small, simple handling gantry systems take over the palletizing or de-palletizing of work pieces from stacksLarge gantry systems are implemented for the flexible loading of machines in conjunction with work piece stations equipped with automatic pallet feedLikewise, handling gantry systems are used for the loading and stacking of various kitchen work tops with buffer and sorting functions.Depending on the task, robots are being used more and more for machine feeding. As a rule, they undertake - as well as the gantry systems - not only the handling of work pieces, but are also used for the handling of protector plates, trays / cavities, pallets or other packaging materials. In the field of handling techniques, this primarily concerns:- Machine feeding- Commissioning- Stacking and unloading- Turning and rotating- DistributingIn the field of transport technology, the following are implemented:- Lateral conveyor systems/trolleys- Angle transfer systems- Belt transport- Roller conveyors- Webbing- Chain conveyors
