ALPHA MATIC offers a new economic pressing machine which assembles furniture fronts (chipboard with finished laminated surfaces) consisting of any number of individual parts.
The individual pieces of furniture are placed by hand or, alternatively, by a portal / industrial robots feed into the system. The alignment is done either by hand or against attacks by the automatic loading unit.
A servo axis with suction crossbeam transports the items in the machine to the gluing station. In this station the glue will be inserted single- or double-sided in the keyways. In the subsequent spring magazine the spring is introduced into the groove.
The completely assembled items will transported by belt transports in the pressing machine. The alignment of the parts is realized by a longitudinal stop and fixed with upper-pressure during the pressing process.
The destacking and stacking is done by hand, belt conveyor or alternatively by a portal or industrial robots solution.
