These machines have been designed for spray painting profiles, rods, frames and strips and can be used with water base paints, thinners, nitro and polyurethane paints, paints containing pigments, acrylic paints, matt and gloss paints.
The machines feature 1-2-3-4-6 or 8 spray stations each consisting of an automatic spray gun, a collection tray and a duct for direct product recovery.
The machines are operated by means of a central control panel with PLC which automatically controls spray gun opening and closing in relation to the length of the work pieces and feed speed, thereby ensuring large product savings.
Operation and adjustments are independent for each spray gun.
The work pieces are fed on solvent-resistant conveyor belts.
The conveyor belts are operated by a toothed belt driven by a mechanical gear motor.
The suction system consists of a box, filters and electric fan.
The high performance of this system and use of a functional spray booth, located in the spraying areas, provide good protection against pollution for the operator and work area.
The product is fed to the spray guns by means of a diaphragm pump.
Other feed systems can also be adopted: low pressure, air mix and air less.
