Different from zig-zag stitchers, INNOVATOR's butt-jointed longitudinal veneer splicers are ideal for processing high quality glue-spliced veneer faces. The splicers use unique-designed pressurized and heating mechanical structures and the thermosetting glue is used to accurately and firmly bond veneer edges with no visible joint lines. Especially the longitudinal veneer splicer with the integrated gluing system inside, VeneerPlus, is effective by eliminating the pre-gluing process. After the well-cut veneers are fed into VeneerPlus and aligned evenly by the synchronized infeed rollers, the veneers are directly conveyed to the singular gluing unit for gluing edges and then transported to the heating section for glue curing. The veneer gluing and splicing processes are accomplished within one single machine. With VeneerPlus, veneers are spliced for manufacturing high-level furniture and decorative plywood.
