AERO-LIFT AERO TIMBER

AERO-LIFT Vakuumtechnik GmbH specializes in developing and manufacturing top-quality vacuum technology and complex vacuum systems. This family-run business believes itself to be well prepared to take on the future - thanks to its innovative and smart technology, consistently top quality, forward-thinking and collaborative consulting, outstanding solution expertise and reliable services. But, more than anything else, customers appreciate the undeniable benefits of the company's vacuum technology. Excellent process reliability, coupled with outstanding time and energy efficiency, is what makes these solutions real economic assets. At the same time, they relieve the operator from the physical strain of lifting, giving employees something to smile about, too. It’s “win-win-win” situations like this that make it hard to believe things could get any better. However, the AERO-LIFT exhibit at the recent LIGNA 2019 in Hannover demonstrated just how much more this technology has to offer.

One of the highlights was undoubtedly the AERO ADVANCE series, which is set to usher in a new generation of vacuum lifting devices. Sporting a completely overhauled design, this innovative vacuum lifter boasts a whole range of sophisticated functions, including an intelligent warning system, integrated automatic power saving, and safety spiral hoses that prevent cables from tangling when the device is turned or adjusted. The solid, hot-dip galvanized steel trusses built into the unit provide lasting protection against corrosion, making them extremely durable. Depending on the version, these ground-breaking lifting devices are said to be capable of moving loads weighing up to 1,200 kg.
