Henkel Connect

Whether it's state-of-the-art technologies, innovative products, comprehensive services or staying one step ahead with development work - HENKEL is constantly striving to further expand its leading position as a sought-after innovation partner for adhesive systems. This long-established company is at LIGNA 2019, the leading event in the wood processing industry, to showcase a range of exhibits in three key areas to experts and decision-makers from the furniture industry. The first area concerns its latest developments in adhesive technology, the second centers on ground-breaking projects such as innovative 3D printing applications and the trade fair debut of the "Henkel Connect" project, and the third area covers the smart services that form part of the Henkel digitization offensive.

"Henkel Connect" is designed to enable process data generated during adhesive application to be transferred to a secure cloud system, where it is then processed in a structured manner and made accessible to the customer. The aim of this data communication is to provide customers with high-precision process control to ensure consistently high product quality. What's more, customers in the "Henkel Connect" network can easily and efficiently contact the company's Technical Customer Service (TCS) team for support.
