We provide the ideal infrastructure and a whole range of on-site services to make your visit to the Hannover fairgrounds as agreeable and successful as possible.

Visitor Center

The Information Center (IC) is open daily from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Apart from general information, a full range of services is available.

Services for the Disabled

Facilities for the Disabled on the Exhibition Ground

During the fair, people with restricted mobility have free access to chauffeured vehicles for rides within the exhibition complex. To order this service, see your contacts below.

Please note that lavatories are only accessible in halls that are in operation for the restrictive show. Each hall has a visitor information (EBi), whose staff will be happy to assist you.

Services for Air Passengers with Physical Impairments

Passengers with handicaps or limited mobility can take advantage of a special all-inclusive flight package covering baggage transport, check-in formalities and wheelchair service right up to the plane. Each of these services can also be booked individually. To order this service, please contact our partner B.F.M. Incoming and Traveller Service GmbH .



Info Service at Exhibition Grounds

You are looking for an exhibitor or a particular product? You have hardware problems with your computer and need IT accessories, a stamp or a train ticket for your return trip? You are looking for an exclusive restaurant to have dinner with colleagues and business associates?

Experienced staff will provide the necessary assistance at our numerous information counters in the halls and entrances.



Pre-Check-In

No need to waste precious time in check-in lines at the airport!

Maximize on your time at the fair by letting BFM Incoming and Traveller Services handle your baggage check-in for you (at a cost of 25 EUR per piece). You also will not need to worry about getting a seat reservation or standing in line for a boarding pass: B.F.M. will take care of everything for you!

B.F.M. has counters at the following locations:

on the Exhibition Ground, the WEST 1 entrance (Hall 13)

at Hannover Airport: Arrivals Level C

Gastronomic Services at the Exhibition Grounds

Restaurants and bistros, ranging from elegant to rustic, from exclusive menus to quick snacks between meals - no desires will be left unsatisfied. We look forward to serving you!

Restaurantfinder

Our restaurant finder will provide you with important information such as operating hours (specific to your fair), telephone numbers, and so on, all at a click.

If you have plans for receptions, business lunches, meetings, etc. for groups of 15 persons or more, we will be very pleased to make the necessary reservations for you. Just let us know in good time before the exhibition or trade show is due to start.



Translation Service

To avoid misunderstandings in business meetings during LIGNA, we offer interpreters for hire. Our service partner's interpreters cover not only all common European languages, but also languages like Chinese and Armenian.

Our service partner, Agentur Sprachkultur (agency), can be found during the event in the Exhibitor Service Center in the IC (Information Center).
