GLOBUS has been in the woodworking machinery industry for 40 years, trading as MUNDUS for the first 10 years.
The first machinery, such as debarking machines for use in plywood manufacturing, paper mills and saw mills was built in the middle of the 1960s.
Globus is undoubtedly a world leader in log-yard management , starting from the installation of flaking, refining and chipping lines able to accommodate any production capacity as well as the special mobile chipper.
Globus continued to expand their product range with the production of spare parts and rebuilding/refurbishing of chippers and knife ring flakers or hammer mills manufactured by others .
The extensive experience acquired has enabled Globus to become manufacturers of such equipment in their own right.
