The machine is designed for automatic sharpening of circular saws and saw blades with a possibility of dredging a tooth (grooving). Thanks to the extended controlling system defi ning own saws is possible in a special program with a sequence of eight diff erent teeth (for example 2 x staggered tooth, trapezoidal, or trapezoid by trapezoid with various heights of trapezoids)A grinder is designed for sharpening saws with uneven and even division of teeth of straight, staggered, unilaterally sloping, trapezoidal teeth. Thanks to application of an oscillating head it is possible to sharpen rake and clearance surfaces without reorganizing a sharpened tool. Thanks to application of premium class linear guides, direct current motor with an encoder and an oscillating head, the machine advantages, among others, include: high speed and precision of sharpening, possibility of measuring an angle if there is are cataloguing data available, sharpening teeth regardless thickness, sharpening saws with broken off teeth, measuring of uneven division of teeth with the use of the applied Renishaw probe. The process of sharpening is controlled by a controller unit.
