C.M. MACCHINE has designed and manufactured FT300 for crosscutting and end-tenoning parquet slats of random lengths and for making high-precision tongue & groove matching.DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKING CYCLE: The first parquet slat is put on the in feed conveyor. The piece is automatically positioned by the side pistons and by the stop placed on the working unit. Then it is blocked by the upper pistons. The working unit trims and mills the front end of the first piece. Later the element is moved to the other side of the working unit and is automatically positioned for the trimming and milling of its rear end. At the same time the second element is placed on the infeed conveyor and blocked. The working unit begins a new cycle, trimming and milling the rear end of one piece and the front end of the following one. At this stage one element is finished.
