Product description

The continuous ink-jet series »BoltMark« from EBS Ink Jet Systeme GmbH sets new standards in user-friendliness, consumption, stability and reliability.
With less than 30 W electrical consumption and up to 140 million characters
(7 x 5 matrix) per litre ink - not optional by EBS but standard! - these printers are top-ranking worldwide.

The revolutionary MATRIXplus technology delivers clear, legible and precise prints even at high speeds. Barcodes are produced with high reliability at medium speed.
With the new equipment design and ventilation concept as well as a durable keypad, the new series is suitably armed for harsh environments. The tidy set-up inside the printer makes for easy access to the main ink module - the »iModule®«, reducing the
risk of loosening cables or tubing when changing bottles.

Easy message creation via the touchscreen and keypad as well as an additional protective foil display meet these requirements as well as the »iModule®« - the main innovation of the series..

The 3 meter ultra-flexible printhead cable allows for flexible positioning on site and is equipped with the 'pipe-in-tube' technology. This helps avoid costly printhead replacement in the case of misuse by the user. In addition, the highly-flexible tube without grooves is easy to clean - a great advantage, especially in the food industry.
This printer series, with its base size no larger than A4 format and 12,5 kg in weight, can be hung on a wall or rack, saving space. The compact dimensions and light weight enable easy repositioning i.e. on a mobile stand, at production lines.

The Continuous-Jet series from EBS Ink-Jet GmbH offers a choice of three types:
The basic model EBS6500, the all-round model EBS 6800 as well as the top model the »BoltMARK®« Series, the EBS 7200.
