ContiRoll® Generation 9 and ContiRoll® Generation 9 NEO – the latest generation of the benchmark in continuous wood-based material production. Up-to-date drive and measurement technology, simulation and process control technology, as well as new processes in the area of mat pre-heating and the finishing line, raise the ContiRoll® to a new level. Next to the conventional and proven flexible press infeed, the ContiRoll® Generation 9 NEO features an extended, super flexible infeed area. This new technical approach already significantly increases the mat temperature in the infeed zone with the goal to significantly reduce the dwell time of the mat inside the press. ContiRoll® Generation 9 also stands for innovative detailed solutions around the press which are implemented with high-end technology for a production increase of up to 30 %, highest machine availability, minimum maintenance, highly precise performance and status control, and, once again, increased product quality at even higher savings in material and energy - all this at 2,500 mm/sec!
