dynspray allows for the fully automatic coating of wooden elements with different shades of colours in a continuous flow process. This system is especially suited for coating large wooden surfaces, e.g. doors, shutters or individual parts.
The water-based paint is applied to the workpiece by means of the spraying guns of an automatic spraying system. Because of the exact identification of the individual workpiece, the paint is used in a cost-efficient way. The resulting overspray is collected by a recovery system, for example 'coolac', and then recycled.
