CROSSCUT SAW FOR
FROM MULTI RIP SAW
-SLABS FROM BAND-SAW
In solid wood field, the massive quantity of wastes (lateral strips from multi-rip saw or slabs from band-saw) represent a problem:
normally they need to be stacked, transported and stored.
Cursal since years has been developing a range of dedicated cross-cut saws to be placed in line with other machineries. They are suitable for cutting to size wastes, automatically discharging them in boxes or sending them to the grinder.
Wooden strips and wastes are loaded randomly on a low wear belt conveyor - damped on the bottom - to avoid damages caused by the sharp edges of wastes.
-A clamping system, allow to process overlapped pieces of different thickness and shape
-Each small clamp is equipped with a pneumatic independent cylinder with shock absorbers
- Waste pieces discharge belt by profiles. Used to automatically fill the box with cut wastes, that usually fall down
Solutions for optimized cross cutting
AUTOMATIC, CHEAP, SIMPLE AND INTUITIVE TECHNOLOGY, (skilled staff is not needed). Depending on your needs, the TRSI can be provided for:
- fixed length cutting
The hoc solution for the industry
