Grenzebach roller dryers are a perfect symbiosis of high economic efficiency and excellent performance and thus form a key component in modern plywood production. Through optimised air flows with precisely matched fans and high-efficiency heat exchangers the Grenzebach BSH Thermojet dryers combine high throughput rates with minimised energy consumption.
Our sturdy systems with working widths of 4.0 m to 6.2 m and up to eight dryer decks are pioneering in the industry today. The modular design allows the dryer length to be adapted to the customer's production requirements. The operators enter the different drying parameters via touch screen monitors on the control panels. These parameters can be saved as "recipes", making reliable operation and control very easy. The roller dryers can be combined with various feeding and unloading systems and different heating systems for all applications. The world's longest roller dryers with a heated length of 50 m and six decks come from Grenzebach.
