The machine is sprayed with special painting resistant to the chemical products used in this process. The wood piece transportation through the machine is carried out by means of motorized (speed adjustment by inverter) with all transmission parts placed outside the machine tank protected from the painting contact. SPRAYING SECTION with nozzles having an individual closing device placed on the machine front to select the painting surface in an easy way.The impregnating solution circulation is granted by a self priming pneumatic membrane pump. AIR BLOWERS to clean the tonguing. FILTERING SYSTEM made of three devices placed VARIABLE SPEED BRUSHES counter - rotating with a FAST BAYONET UNHOOK SYSTEM. The brushes position is alternate in order to have a better painting distribution on the wood surface avoiding spots and slobbers.ALL BRUSHES GROUPS (one group two brushes) are equipped with and INDEPENDENT MOTOR and have a stainless steel shaft.
