Powerful carcase assembly press
In the field of carcase assembly technology, Hüttenhölscher Maschinenbau has already realised various system concepts, each of them for a batch size of 1. In this way, the assembly of the carcases of base and wall units is realised in high-performance assembly lines via the upright carcase concept. During the horizontal assembly concept, the flexibility of the machine stays in focus, and it is here that tall, base and wall units are produced. In addition, depending on requirements and the customer's wishes, special units are also partially fitted in both system types, such as flap door, extractor hoods, top-mounted or so-called Z cupboards. As entirely separate systems and equipment, assembly presses for lower and upper corner unit carcases are in use.
The scope of delivery by Hüttenhölscher Maschinenbau includes the entire assembly line: from the loading and stacking storage, the processing (side, bases, covers, cross beams), the insertion automats and the application via the pre-assembly and main presses right up to final assembly and packaging.
Flexibility of carcase assembly for processing batch-size of one with pratically no set-up times is achieved due to the automatic width and/or depth adjustment. The feeding of the carcase elements (sides, lower, upper and intermediate floors, shelves or crossbeams) is done automatically via various lines or manually in part depending on the customer's wishes. The components are first brought together in the pre-assembly press.
The production output will vary depending on automation level and system concept. The modular assembly enables the adaption of the machines to suit customer requirements not only during the planning phase, but also later in the change of the various product range.
