The new MAIER Knife Ring Flaker MRZ stands out because of a new design that features outstanding machine performance, durability and reliability. The design also supports easy maintenance and adjustments, and optimal machine operation. The newly developed Heavy Particle Separator with integrated discharge of FE particles enables easy and extraordinarily precise adjustments of the separation efficiency, either mechanical or electrical.
The FlowOptimizer is a special distribution rotor integrated into the flaking chamber of the knife ring flaker, which ensures 3D distribution of material flow.

Usually, simple retrofitting of existing knife ring flakers can be carried out within a few hours (both on MAIER machines or flakers of other brands)
