The sash coping center type KF-1 is a special machine for the tear free coping of the work piece ends. With its two vertical milling spindles rotating in opposite directions the KF-1 ensures tear free coping of already profiled stock.
The working process is fully automatic on the fixed work piece. Pneumatic clamping. Expendable to ensure complete processing of SDL bars.
The holes for dowels or other connection elements are made with an additional milling unit. Insert the clip into the SDL bar and the counter piece into the frame.
In addition to the drilling unit, the machine can be equipped with a high pressure glue injection and a dowel insert station.
