Product description

Late commissioning of systems or even plant shutdowns are often associated with enormous losses - both productive and financial. The fact that products, technical solutions and production itself are becoming increasingly complex does not make this any easier.

For troubleshooting, maintenance and optimal fine tuning of plants, ever more qualified employees are needed. However, to let these specialists travel halfway around the planet is neither quick to implement, sustainable nor cost-efficient. Especially when it comes to more time-consuming calibration measures and optimizations.

We have developed a solution that allows our service engineers to switch live to the control unit of our systems to carry out maintenance routines and optimizations without much effort on your part. The connection only takes place locally and via an encrypted software and hardware solution. Commissioning can also be carried out at short notice with highly qualified personnel from the distance.

We are already successfully using the new SmartSupport solution for light-ends removal systems and for selected process heating plants.
