1. What makes LIGNA so special for you?

The very high level of internationality is simply fun, you really do meet people from all over the world.

2. What was your favourite thing about LIGNA?

The excited anticipation and the good mood that prevails among the international visitors in particular, e.g. visitor groups from Asia or South America, for whom the huge leading trade fair is simply very exciting.

3. What is the funniest/best/surprising thing you have experienced at LIGNA?

When an exhibitor who was dissatisfied or even annoyed for some reason during the preparations is suddenly very relaxed and friendly during or after the trade fair because everything went well for them.

4. What was the biggest challenge you had to overcome for LIGNA?

For LIGNA 2021 during the corona pandemic, we prepared the hall plans a second time after the originally planned postponement and then ultimately cancelled the trade fair after all - that was the low point of my LIGNA history.

5. When is a LIGNA a successful LIGNA for you?

When the majority of exhibitors are satisfied because they have made promising contacts. In the end, that's the hard LIGNA currency. And you realise whether it was really good when you see the registrations for the next edition at the latest.
