Company profile

For more than 30 years we have been developing, with the help of our customer's needs and our long experience and expertise, individual concepts for custom-built machinery and equipment.

In co-operation with our customers, we develop optimal solutions from existing flexible machining concepts. New developments are often met with unconventional methods, this characterises us as specialists in custom machine engineering.

In our process- and assembly-lines we combinate - as needed - full automated processing stations and manual workstations. So we find - according to requirements - a consensus between flexibility and performance.

Our points of focus lie in the areas of:
- carcase assembly technique
- drawer assembly technique
- drilling and processing for fronts
- drilling and processing for side panels and cross sections
- fittings insertion automats
- handling and transport technique
- robot applications
- customized machine engineering

Special machines for various purposes

For more than 35 years, Hüttenhölscher Maschinenbau has developed individual concepts for customised machines, plants and equipment. Existing flexible concepts - in collaboration with our customers - give rise in part to optimal solutions. In order to arrive at new developments, unconventional paths more

Handling and transportation technology

The basis of many systems from the Hüttenhölscher company is a fully developed handling and transportation technology. Whether for simple or flexible loading of workspaces, machines or assembly lines, or for a quick parts flow in the lines or superordinated throughout the entire plant, various concepts more

Fitting-insertion technology

Pick & place and fitting-insertion automats are widely used in the automated furniture production. Hüttenhölscher Maschinenbau have designed and realised various kinds of system concepts - as an individual unit for milling and drilling or as an integrated working station cycle in a processing machine, more

Innovative robot applications

Since 1993, Hüttenhölscher Maschinenbau has been involved in robot technology. This experience and know-how gave rise to innovative robot applications for the furniture industry or other industrial sectors according to requirements and customers' wishes. In the process, robotic systems in the areas of more

Automated drawer assembly technology

Hüttenhölscher Maschinenbau have already developed various kinds of drawer assembly lines for different types of metal sides. These assembly systems are flexible part and/or complete solutions for the automated assembly of different sized back and side panels as well as for drawer fronts. Due to the more

Powerful carcase assembly press

In the field of carcase assembly technology, Hüttenhölscher Maschinenbau has already realised various system concepts, each of them for a batch size of 1. In this way, the assembly of the carcases of base and wall units is realised in high-performance assembly lines via the upright carcase concept. During more

Drilling and processing for fronts

These flexible plant systems drill and process fronts or other high-quality furniture parts with a batch size of 1. Various concepts can be selected and specially designed to meet customer requirements. These are characterized by the transportation of work pieces: a distinction is made between carousel, more

Processing for carcase sides and bases

These flexible drilling systems are employed for a batch size of 1 - production of carcase sides, bases and covers. They are designed as separate drilling units with loading (partially connected to area storage systems) and stacking capabilities, or else integrated as processing stations in complete more
