1. What makes LIGNA so special for you?
LIGNA is the central hub for the entire woodworking industry. It’s the place where innovations are unveiled, partnerships are strengthened, and the future of the industry is shaped. The atmosphere is inspiring because it brings together a diverse range of perspectives – from large corporations to small specialists.
2. What have you been most pleased about at a LIGNA?
I always look forward to the conversations with our customers and partners. Their enthusiasm for new technologies and the concrete successes they achieve with our solutions are incredibly motivating. It’s rewarding to see how our work makes a real impact.
3. What is the funniest/best/surprising thing you have experienced at LIGNA?
The most surprising experience for me was an unexpected conversation with a visitor who wasn’t from our industry but was simply fascinated by our technology. His fresh, unbiased perspective gave me a whole new view of our work. Encounters like these are always special.
4. What was the biggest challenge you had to overcome at LIGNA?
The biggest challenge was ensuring that our presentation and booth were perfectly prepared to showcase the latest technologies and solutions in the best possible way. This involved not only technical preparation but also coordinating the team and tailoring our approach to different target audiences. It’s always a demanding task to ensure everything is ready on time and of the highest quality.
5. When is a LIGNA a successful LIGNA for you?
For me, LIGNA is a success when we not only have a large number of visitors at our booth but also build or strengthen long-term relationships. When our customers express their excitement about our new solutions and tell us how we’ve helped them make their processes more efficient, the fair is a success. The icing on the cake is when they place an order.
