1. What makes LIGNA so special for you?

LIGNA was one of the first international fairs I attended. Over the years it has always remained a central and fundamental event offering us exhibitors and also visitors vision and inspiration.

It is the space where, every 2 years, we can show our work, meet people from all over the world, and above all listen to them. If I look at the fair in its entirety, it is really exciting to see the innovations of other companies in the sector, the trends and evolutions.

2. What have you been most pleased about at a LIGNA?

The greatest satisfactions always come from the people we know and meet again during these days of the fair. When a person finds in our proposals the concrete solution to their problem it is always a very good feeling. Often then it happened that over the years these people came back and stopped to tell: I remember a Swiss craftsman, owner of one of our belt sanders, who came back every edition to renew his satisfaction.

Those are small things, but they give meaning to everything. It is not just about business, but about meeting, creating relationships and evolving. In addition to this, seeing the stand take shape to frame our machines and tell our values is always fascinating.

3. What is the funniest/best/surprising thing you have experienced at LIGNA?

LIGNA, with its international attitude, is a space where distances are eliminated and the universality of mechanics emerges in satisfying the needs of everyone, from anywhere. This surprise me every time. Above all, this Fair gives us the opportunity to listen and understand the different needs of the people who turn to us, artisans and companies.

It is also a great opportunity to team up with us: it is an event that requires thought and preparation at various levels, not only for those who leave for Germany and spend a week side by side. Over the months, we build something together that then takes shape: it is a finish line that we reach together, it is very beautiful.

4. What was the biggest challenge you had to overcome at LIGNA?

I would say that the biggest challenge is to stand out and be memorable, but actually the biggest challenge is time!

Not only to prepare and ship everything on time or build the stand from scratch, but also to meet everyone and visit the entire Fair, with its many proposals and events.

5. When is a LIGNA a successful LIGNA for you?

LIGNA is a successful LIGNA when strong and synergic connections are created. Our machines, although traditional, are often customized: this fair is a success when it gives new impetus to evolve and stimulates growth for us and our dealers, who can see innovations and reliability
