Naliteck Brasil Automacao Industrial Ltda from Olimpia in the Brazilian state of Sao Paulo is a private industrial company that serves both the domestic and international markets. Naliteck develops projects for various industrial segments and claims to stand for innovation, technology, quality and productivity. The Brazilians will be represented at LIGNA 2025 in Hanover with several exhibits on woodworking and wood processing.
For example, with a nailing machine for wooden flanges, the NALITECK NL PR-2100. According to Naliteck, the flange nailing machine series was developed using the latest technology and offers a variety of sizes to meet the specific requirements of different companies. According to Naliteck, the hydraulic activation of the nailing system ensures a reliable and even fixation on any wooden surface. The control cabinet, equipped with a screen, enables simple and intuitive operational configuration and offers greater control and productivity. In addition, the in-house nail point bending system ensures secure and durable fixing, while the automated flange rotation system facilitates the rotation process, increasing efficiency and reducing working time.
Other exhibits at LIGNA include a processing center for wooden roll flanges with a diameter of 650 to 1250 millimeters for packaging wires and cables as well as an automated flange printer that provides the flanges with the desired marking information, for example with the customer's name and logo.
