The furniture industry has always been a domain of the East Westphalia region and led to the specialization of Nolting Holzfeuerungstechnik GmbH in the combustion of wood residues such as wood chips and sawdust. Today, more than ever, these materials serve as an efficient, cost-effective and sustainable source of energy. Thanks to modern technologies, combustion is low in emissions, which protects the environment. According to Ostwestfalen, this combination of economic efficiency and ecological responsibility sets standards for sustainable energy concepts.
At LIGNA 2025, Nolting will be presenting a moving grate firing system with a nominal output of 260 kilowatts. This enables the use of varying fuels, even with coarse particles. The efficiency of more than 90 percent ensures high efficiency, while the emissions meet the requirements of the First Ordinance on the Implementation of the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchV). The system also offers flexible output control from 30 to 100 percent and is characterized by easy maintenance. For the best fine dust filtration, Nolting recommends the NGFL ceramic fine dust filter, which is designed to remove up to 99.99 percent of dust particles and thus comply with current and future emission limits. In addition, Nolting's solutions generally meet all the requirements for government subsidy programs.
