HOMAG, without question one of the wood processing industry's key players, has once again booked out the whole of Hall 14 at the Hannover exhibition center for LIGNA 2019. Pulling out all the stops, the company is exhibiting a range of pioneering innovations, smart solutions and must-see products. Visitors can explore machinery, software and innovative technology for wood processing - all live and in action. Skilled tradespeople and large industrial enterprises alike are sure to feel right at home at HOMAG's stand, which spans more than 5,000 square meters. Just one of the many innovations on show are the company's new-generation robotic saws. Recently unveiled at HOMAG's in-house fair, the SAWTEQ B-300 flexTec and SAWTEQ B-400 flexTec have certainly got what it takes to draw in the crowds. After all, they will be showing off their abilities live on an international platform for the first time - and all in collaboration with other machines, proving they are true team players.

HOMAG promises that these solutions embody an entirely new generation of robotic saws as they can be operated in an automated robotic mode or on a manual basis. This may not sound overly impressive, but it is nothing less than revolutionary and gives these new saws their outstanding flexibility. The underlying technology of both models is based very closely on the popular SAWTEQ B-300 and SAWTEQ B-400 single saws - technology that has withstood the test of time. What's more, the robot integrated into the fully automatic SAWTEQ B-320 flexTec panel dividing saw does a fantastic job. HOMAG's new concept is designed to make sure operators can continue to make the most of virtually all the processing options they're used to. With this in mind, the company offers a whole host of accessories for the SAWTEQ B-300 flexTec and SAWTEQ B 400 flexTec, enabling users to customize their saws precisely to their needs. For instance, customers can equip the saws with trim stops or take advantage of the "material-dependent parameters" CADmatic module.
