For a fire protection concept to be fully effective, it requires a central control unit that intelligently coordinates all processes. With GreCon Mission Control, Fagus-GreCon, a specialist in preventive fire protection and measurement technology systems, aims to take this technology to a new level - thanks to smart networking, real-time monitoring and maximum reliability.
With its Segmented Maintenance System (SMS), GreCon Mission Control says it is setting new standards: planned and unplanned maintenance is carried out specifically on individual components or segments of the production lines - without shutting down the entire system. Production downtimes are minimised and processes remain stable.
‘GreCon Mission Control offers maximum flexibility: maintenance can be planned more flexibly, downtimes can be specifically avoided - this saves time, costs and increases safety,’ explains Mario Haas, Managing Director at Fagus-GreCon. Thanks to full remote functionality, the spark detection control panel optimises the entire maintenance and monitoring process. Firmware updates for the fully digital fire protection system are carried out centrally and are rolled out to all components in the system. Real-time alerts, secure data logging and predictive maintenance increase operational safety and simplify the analysis of incidents in production facilities, for example after malfunctions.
