Tischler Schreiner Deutschland – The Service Provider
The Federal Guild Association provides information about the latest services and products offered by its member associations at LIGNA and represents them externally.
Visit the TSD booth and let the colleagues of the guild organization inform you about current services and products of your professional associations. You will find the stand of Tischler Schreiner Deutschland in Hall 12 - easily recognizable by the large orange TSD cube.
In addition to expert advice and practical presentations—ranging from occupational safety to system solutions for handcrafted doors, windows, and stairs to the funeral industry—a special highlight awaits you in the form of the exhibition for the national design competition “Die Gute Form 2027” (Good Design 2027).
You will also gain an insight into the “Workshop Ergonomics” innovation project that Tischler Schreiner Deutschland is carrying out in collaboration with Buckoptimal.
Innovation Project "Ergonomie der Werkstatt"
The aim is to provide member companies of the guild organization with proven and practical tools to design their workshops and businesses in such a way as to create optimal working conditions. To implement the project, partnerships were established with manufacturers and suppliers of products for furnishing and equipping carpentry and joinery businesses.
In addition to improving conditions for posture and movement, our cooperation partner Buckoptimal is also working with the project companies to develop ergonomic solutions for architecture, interior design, flooring, lighting, room acoustics, air conditioning, and air quality. In addition, each project company receives an offer from IKK classic for in-house workshops and training courses on health-oriented behavior in the workplace.
The professional Competitions – national and international
Every year, young talents in the carpentry and joinery trades show what they are capable of at the German Championships and every two years at EuroSkills and WorldSkills. Precision, passion, and technical perfection are the focus here—and behind every competition lies intensive, targeted training. The effort pays off: in 2025, Lutz König secured the gold medal for Germany in the building joiner skill and Moritz Wagner did the same in the furniture joiner skill. This sends a strong signal about the top quality and international competitiveness of the German carpentry and joinery trade.
