The touring exhibition "HOLZ.BAU.ARCHITEKTUR - Entwerfen, Konstruieren und Bauen mit Holz" (Wood.Construction.Architecture - Designing, Constructing and Building with Wood), sponsored by the Deutsche Bundesstiftung Umwelt (German Federal Foundation for the Environment), presents outstanding timber construction architecture. In addition to introductory information on the ecological, architectural and constructional possibilities of timber construction, the winners of the Deutscher Holzbaupreis 2025 (German Timber Construction Award 2025) and the Hochschulpreis Holzbau (University Award for Timber Construction 2025) are on display. They are excellent for selecting the buildings shown in the exhibition. Every two years, the German Timber Construction Award provides new impetus and shows the current state of the art, the potential, the universal applicability and the further development of timber construction.
