The Global Duo is an innovative One-Machine solution for preheating and thermoforming solid surface materials, thermoplastics and similar composite materials, as well as for woodwork applications like veneering, laminating and bending different kinds of wood.
The heating technology consists of two convection heating elements, which are mounted at the sides and integrated cross-flow fans ensure a uniform heat distribution. The material to be preheated is placed onto a manually operated, roller-mounted tray. The cross-flow fan technology guarantees a tension free and reliable heating procedure and is also suitable for tempering and similar thermo treatments.
The vacuum press, which is available in two different variants, is mounted on top of the heating oven in a space-saving design. Typical press applications like thermoforming, profile wrapping, edge bending, wood panel veneering and laminating, as well as bending plywood, is not a problem.
Global Duo is perfectly suited for individual up to large production, and does so with only little investment. Accurate preheating and vacuum forming can now be carried out within minimal floor space. A combined machine, vacuum membrane press and preheating oven in one chassis that greatly increases the performance and efficiency of workflow.
