The conveying system is a critical component of any chip extraction system, significantly impacting the operational reliability of the entire production facility. It serves as the lifeline of the system, ensuring smooth operation, particularly in complex, interconnected production units.

Pneumatic conveying systems transport materials such as swarf, chips, dust, or pellets from the feed point to a storage facility or a separation system. At the feeding point, a rotary valve (pressure barrier and protective system) feeds the conveyed material into the conveying air flow which carries it through the conveyor pipe.
Depending on the project requirements, the type and quantity of material, and the length of the conveying route, low-pressure or medium-pressure systems are used.
Low-pressure systems are designed with either a direct or indirect fan arrangement, depending on whether the fan is located before or after the feed point. These systems are available with or without a ring line. Our extensive expertise ensures the selection of the most efficient solution for every application.
