Energy from renewable raw materials and waste: In specially designed combustion systems, effective energy conversion and optimum combustion for uncontaminated and contaminated fuels take place on a combustion grate or bubbling fluidized bed.
The fuel spectrum here includes materials such as untreated biomass, wood in classes A1 to A4, pomace residues, rice husks and similar fuels as well as various types of waste (RDF / production waste).
In downstream plant components, the energy from combustion is converted into usable heat, e.g. process steam. This can also be followed by conversion into electrical energy.
Depending on the legal requirements at the installation site, the flue gases produced during combustion are cleaned using modern flue gas cleaning systems.
The Oschatz combustion systems, which are equipped with state-of-the-art control and regulation technology, are subject to continuous further development of the tried and tested firing technologies used - which are constantly adapted to the changing fuels and the wide range of requirements and applications.
