Range + Heine spraying boothes are suited for water-based paints. Depending on the type of booth, they can be combined with overspray recovery systems.

Suction walls/spraying stands
The Range+Heine-manual spraying stand is suited for the manual or robot-operated, mechanical coating of parts, e.g. wooden window frames. In these stands, only water-based paints are to be used. The extraction is effected by means of dry separators and matching multi-stage filter systems. The suction walls can be additionally equipped by supplies for circulating or fresh air. For special applications, e.g. the painting of chairs or doors, floor suctions are available in addition to the wall suctions as well as combined wall-floor suctions.

Automatic spraying booth
Our automatic boothes stand out for their targeted routing of air flow and optimum climatic conditions inside the booth. In addition, efficient systems for the recovery of overspray can be used, e.g. the prolac-recovery post. The boothes are very easy to clean and characterized by their efficient, multi-stage filter system.
The boothes can be combined with all automatic application techniques for water-based paints.
