Wide bandsaw blades are intended for primary processing of wood on bandsaw machines. Our production mainly consists of bandsaw blades made from the material Uddeholm, which is a topquality Swedish steel that is highly resistant to wear and tear, manufactured by a worldwide recognised producer.
The latest manufacturing processes enable us to produce bandsaw blades up to 320 mm wide. We manufacture them to order for various types of bandsaw blade machines, e.g. Lignotech, Hejtmánek, Lisý, Serra, Wimmer, Mebor, Wravor, Resch, Primultini, Bongioanni, EWD, etc.
We supply welded and toothed bandsaw blades in the following variants: Stellite-tipped, swagged and set.
We provide full-scale servicing of wide bandsaw blades.
We prefer the personal approach with our customers; our aim is mutual satisfaction. We will adjust a tool to your individual needs and we will help you select the most suitable blade for the maximum performance of your machine. If we find out that the renovation of a blade is not cost-efficient, we will tell you. We will solve your cutting problems relating to the use of inappropriate bandsaw blades. We will distribute the goods by our cars to any place in the Czech Republic and Slovakia or the rest of the world by couriers. If necessary, we will service your machine using trained engineers or, if required, by experts from various parts of the world.
