1. What makes LIGNA so special for you?

It offers countless valuable and inspiring conversations with national and international customers, as well as potential clients. Reconnecting with familiar faces—dealers, representatives—and spending time with colleagues at the booth and during evening gatherings, is what makes this world-leading trade fair so unique to me.

2. What have you been most pleased about at a LIGNA?

At one edition of LIGNA, we presented ourselves with an almost entirely new sales team. In no time at all, we developed a remarkable sense of unity. It was an incredible experience.

3. What is the funniest/best/surprising thing you have experienced at LIGNA?

A Bavarian evening in the Festhalle during the 1990s stands out. Many colleagues from the company joined especially for the event, and we enjoyed a fantastic evening together.

4. What was the biggest challenge you had to overcome at LIGNA?

One particular challenge was dealing with limited financial resources for creating an appealing booth. How much should be invested? But challenges exist to be tackled—and, in a way, they’re also part of the fun.

5. When is a LIGNA a successful LIGNA for you?

Naturally, a LIGNA is considered successful if the number of qualified leads at the booth meets expectations. However, the true measure of success often becomes clear only months later, when promising contacts turn into actual business.
