At LIGNA 2025, the Altendorf Group from Minden will be presenting not just machines, but a complete ecosystem for the modern workshop. In addition to technological progress, the East Westphalian company is focusing on close cooperation with customers, dealers and partners worldwide. "Real innovation comes from strong connections - between people, machines and digital networks. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. Only through close collaboration can we develop solutions that sustainably advance the trade and make companies successful in the long term," explains Vit Kafka, CSO Altendorf Group.
Central Solution for Machine Data
With the NEXUS IIOT platform, for example, the Altendorf Group intends to present a new central solution for real-time machine data, remote support, software updates, operating instructions and fault diagnostics at LIGNA 2025 in Hanover, which is designed to ensure future-proof production. In addition, a new design for the Hebrock F next and K next series will be presented, which, according to Altendorf, features improved controls and units for even greater precision, user-friendliness and efficiency.
New Sliding Ttable Aaw to set Standards
With the new F 35, an innovative sliding table saw is also coming to LIGNA 2025 in Hanover, which, according to Altendorf, will be characterized by outstanding user-friendliness, high cutting precision and intelligent functions. With its product structure and sophisticated operating concept, the F 35 is set to open up new possibilities for trade and industrial businesses that focus on future viability, digital integration and an outstanding price-performance ratio. The new F 35 is designed as the successor to the WA 8 and WA 80 models and is positioned as an independent machine type between the F 25 and the F 45. With its clearly structured type logic, intuitive operation via a tilting and swiveling 15-inch touchscreen and practice-oriented equipment options, the F 35 is set to define new standards in its class, according to its developers. Four pre-configured variants offer the right solution for every application - from solid wood processing to modern interior fittings and complex panel processing. At the heart of the machine is the new machine control system, which is already used in Hebrock edge banding machines, thus creating a standardized operating concept within the Altendorf Group. In the future, all Altendorf Group machines are to be equipped with this control technology.
Individual online configuration
There are also new online configurators that customers can now use to configure each Altendorf Group product individually online in order to put together the right machine for their requirements. Visitors to the stand will have the opportunity to configure machines live using the new online product configurator and experience first-hand how intuitive and flexible the process is.
Strong service for a strong partnership
In addition to technological innovations, the Altendorf Group is also focusing on a comprehensive range of services. Customers should benefit from a reliable and long-term partnership that accompanies them throughout the entire life cycle of their machines. Digital maintenance, proactive fault diagnosis and fast spare parts supply are designed to ensure maximum machine availability. The myALTENDORFGROUP app also offers direct access to maintenance schedules, machine data and support - anytime, anywhere.
