LIGNA.TruckStop
At the LIGNA.TruckStop, leading manufacturers showcase their latest power tools, fittings, and fastening technologies in their show trucks, vans, and transporters. The Plaza is the go-to destination for all participants eager to explore practical solutions and the latest technologies.
These Exhibitors will be at the Premiere
At LIGNA, the southern German company Festool will be showcasing its 100-year company history. A century full of innovation and passion. Since its foundation in 1925, Festool's mission has been to make the daily work of many generations of craftsmen easier, faster and safer. And this claim will continue to apply for the next 100 years. Festool will be showcasing its comprehensive 18 volt system, which combines first-class cordless products with sophisticated system components and guarantees efficient work with the best results. For example, the new cordless random orbit sander ETSC 2 offers maximum freedom of movement when sanding. An integrated LED light ring improves the view of the surface and reveals unevenness while sanding.
Festool is also focusing on the topic of healthy working: The new CT 26, 36 and 48 EI mobile dust extractors are true all-rounders. Festool has equipped them with touch operation for intuitive control. With the permanently installed Bluetooth® interface, the vacuum cleaners can be started automatically using a cordless tool or remote control and networked with the Festool app. In addition, every customer benefits from the comprehensive “all-inclusive warranty” service. After registering the new Festool tool online up to 100 days after purchase, it is fully covered for the first three years. Look forward to our products that have made history and experience the 100-year-old company up close and exclusively in the form of the road truck on open-air area P55/5.
Next stop: LIGNA.25! As part of “Hettich on Tour 2025”, the fittings specialist will also be making a stop at the LIGNA.TruckStop. Hettich has made full use of the few square meters of the show truck and converted the vehicle into an attractive showroom. Not only will there be space here for fascinating new products such as FurnSpin, but problem solutions with innovative fittings technology and drawer systems will also be on display and the advantages of digital services from the idea to the finished piece of furniture will be explained. Of course, there will also be plenty of opportunities to try out innovations: among other things, interested visitors will be able to test the FurnSpin turn-and-swivel fitting or the current Quadro generation for themselves.

SawStop, stops on Contact with Skin
Introducing its innovative technology to Europe at LIGNA.
SawStop saws are equipped with the revolutionary Active Injury Mitigation (AIM) system. This woodworking safety technology is designed to stop and drop the saw blade as soon as skin contact is detected. The blade retracts under the table in under 5 milliseconds.
SawStop's mission is to save fingers.
The technology was developed about 20 years ago by Dr Steve Gass, an American woodworker and physicist. He had an idea that could change everything: What if a table saw could sense danger and stop before it caused harm? This idea became an obsession, and in 2000, SawStop was born.
In 2017, SawStop was acquired by TTS (Tooltechnic Systems), a German family-owned company that also owns brands such as Festool, Tanos, Cleantec, and Shaper Tools.
SawStop's three main machines are now available directly through the SawStop website: the original cast-iron Professional Cabinet Saw, the smaller Jobsite Saw Pro, and the even smaller Compact Table Saw. The Jobsite Saw Pro with a mobile cart is perfect for on-site use, where distractions can increase the risk of accidents, while the Compact Table Saw is handy and designed for workshops and hobbyists. The Professional Cabinet Saw will be available in the autumn but will already be seen during the show.
The SawStop Experience Roadshow at Ligna is your chance to see firsthand the revolutionary AIM System in action. The famous hotdog demonstration will be held on the hour, every hour. Seeing it online is one thing, but there’s truly nothing like witnessing it in person.
The core competencies of the SWISS KRONO Group's German site lie in the production of high-quality flooring and high-performance OSB boards.
Three OSB specialties in particular distinguish the German plant: the large-format SWISS KRONO LONGBOARD OSB, the SWISS KRONO MAGNUMBOARD® OSB timber construction system and the solid wood-concrete composite floor MAGNUMBOARD® OSB //HybridWood.
The advantages of laminate flooring are combined in the interplay of decor-synchronized embossing, decor variety, resilience and easy-care handling.
The wood products of the highest quality - “Made in Germany” - are exported to over 90 countries around the world.
