Complete handling and saw systems with complex production sequences as well as single conveyor and transport systems belong to the range of production. The systems are in world wide use particularly for the production, processing, cut-to-size and further treatment of particle boards, MDF and OSB boards.
The delivery program comprises complete systems behind the presses for derived timber products (presses for intermittent processing, continuous presses, calender presses). Furthermore we supply storage automation systems, sanding- and grading lines, laminating systems, tongue and groove systems, panel systems, trimming and sawing lines with feeding and stacking stations as well as special systems for production lines.
Fully automatic production is carried out through the use of intelligent control systems and the connection to higher ranking control and guidance systems. Visualisation systems successfully support the operation of the systems.
