Sustainability, enjoyment and our passion for new things are the driving forces behind our new Waidzeit line ‘Barrique’, which turns old oak barrels into beautiful watches, glasses and jewellery.
The story of our barrels begins with the winegrowers in France, who aged their wine in barrique barrels for several decades. Now that the time of wine ageing is behind them, the barrels have been given a second life as an innovative material by being upcycled into wristwatches, jewellery and glasses by Waidzeit Barrique.
