High resolution Japanese Panasonic brand servo motors are used in our machine. The axis that rotates the part has the "Direct Drive" feature and has the ability to work at 4500 rpm with a 5kw servo motor. Precision ball screw and nut are used in all axes. The piece length adjustment process can be adjusted with a single button. This provides both time savings and long-term linearity of the tailstocks. The control unit has a remote connection feature.
