We produce automatic plugging machines for the processing of plugs from batten, real knot plugs and pitch pocket plugs. The following types are available:
ALOMAT AL310: Automatic plugging machine for plugging knots with automatically produced plugs from batten of one diameter. Workpiece clamping by lowering the processing aggragate. Cycle time of only 1.8 s.
ALOMAT AL310L-A: 2-in-1 automatic plugging machine for plugging knots with automatically produced plugs from batten and prefabricated real knot plugs of one diameter. Workpiece clamping by lowering the processing aggragate. Cycle time of only 2.2 s.
ALOMAT AL310A-HGF: 2-in-1 plugging machine with 2 plugging units for plugging knots and pitch pockets with prefabricated real knot plugs or pitch pocket plugs. Workpiece clamping by lowering the processing aggragate. Cycle time of just 2.2 s (A) or 3.5 s (HGF).
HGF310: Plugging machine for pitch pockets with prefabricated pitch pocket plugs. Workpiece clamping by lowering the processing aggragate. Cycle time approx. 3.5 s.
ALOMAT AL100: Automatic plugging machine for plugging knots with automatically produced plugs from batten of one diameter. Workpiece clamping by lifting the table. Cycle time approx. 3.5 s.
ALOMAT AL200: 2-in-1 plugging machine with 2 plugging units for plugging knots with automatically produced plugs from batten with 2 different diameters.
ALOMAT AL + ASE + HGF: Machines from the AL100 or AL200 series are converted into wood refining machines by adding a real knot setting device (ASE) and pitch pocket plugging device (HGF).
