The fully automatic coating systems are ideally suited for coating both complex and large-surface wooden elements.
The fully-automatic painting systems by Range + Heine are available in two variants:
• dynflow for coating in major colours
• dynspray for coating large-surface wooden elements and quick changes of colour
dynflow
The fully-automatic coating system is perfectly suited for the coating of complex wooden parts with corner joints and rebates (e.g. furniture elements, windows, doors) with major shades of colours and only occasional changes of paint.
Advantages
▪ increased paint productiveness
▪ huge increase in quality of coating even for thick layers
▪ reduction of finishing works, e.g. grinding
▪ smooth paint surface, furniture quality
▪ optimum exploitation of paint, 85-90 per cent
dynspray
dynspray allows for the fully automatic coating of wooden elements with different shades of colours in a continuous flow process. This system is especially suited for coating large wooden surfaces, e.g. doors, shutters or individual parts.
Process
The water-based paint is applied to the workpiece by means of the spraying guns of an automatic spraying system. Because of the exact identification of the individual workpiece, the paint is used in a cost-efficient way. The resulting overspray is collected by a recovery system, for example ‘coolac’, and then recycled.
Advantages:
automatic identification of workpiece contours
tried and tested logistics for changes of paint
recovery of overspray
high exploitation of paint
no machine parts inside the booth
special booth with newly developed evaporation barrier
drop-kick technology for the best spray-painting of corners and rebates
even spread of coating strength
space-saving
circulating paint material
high capacity
