Precision every second – the new autotec SD Evo
The advanced autotec SD Evo enables automated screw fastening of façade cladding, ceiling and floor formwork, and reinforcing wood, plasterboard and fibre cement panels – quickly, precisely and reliably.

With a powerful 750 W servo motor (up to 3,000 rpm, max. 6.8 kN torque), the SD Evo works efficiently in automated systems. The position-controlled screw-in function enables a precisely repeatable screw-in depth – ideal for visually uniform screw connections without damage to the material.
A highlight is the automatic shut-off when the set depth is reached. This protects screw heads and bit tips from over-tightening, reduces wear and thus downtime. The screwdriver sets up to one screw per second and uses a magazine with 700 screws. This performance is ideal for continuous industrial use.
The coils are easy to replace, ensuring greater efficiency. The BeA Group supplies a wide range of screws that can be used with the SD Evo, e.g. screws for fibre cement boards, drywall screws, chipboard and wood construction screws, and wing screws with drill tips.
Weighing only 35 kg, with a compact design, mounting plate and accessible connections, the SD Evo can be easily integrated into existing production systems.
