The BP 2000 EL beam press permits both highly efficient, volume driven series production and rational, highly flexible order-related single item production of complicated, oversized elements.
The continuous data connection minimizes set-up times and accelerates the process organization at the workplace. High rapid traverse speeds for size changes and universal clamping systems adapted to a wide variety of profile systems and corner connections significantly reduce set-up times or eliminate them completely. Program-controlled pressing cycles guarantee process-safe assembly of both filigree and heavy frame elements with extensions. Pressing of finished painted frames, even with pre-assembled clips or fittings is possible.
Ergonomic insertion heights, the loose insertion of the woods, the hauling function for high frames and the low cleaning effort provide noticeable physical relief for the operator.
The optional installation of outfeed and transfer systems simplifies handling of oversized frame structures and enables continuous one-man operation as well as integration into assembly lines.
